Vacation home rentals in Dahlonega!

My husband and I only got to stay for one night but would love to come back and stay longer. It was so quiet and peaceful in the woods. It was just what we needed.

We had an amazing stay at this peaceful and comfortable cabin in Dahlonega. As a wheelchair user, I really appreciated the thoughtful accessibility features—roll-in shower with a fold-down bench, roll-under sinks, ramp access, and even a concrete path to the fire pit. The cabin was spotless, quiet, and well-stocked, and the host provided great local recommendations. Whether you’re looking for accessible accommodations or just a cozy getaway for two, I’d absolutely recommend this cabin.

As soon as we arrived at the cabin we felt right at home. It was beautifully decorated, clean, and peaceful. We used every amenity offered, had a quiet night around the fire pit and even had some visitors including a doe and her fawns. We will definitely be back!

Overall we enjoyed our stay at Matt's cabin. The location was perfect to the wineries we visited and it had all the amenities we needed. Matt was very quick to respond to my questions that I had. We would definitely book again!

Matt’s home was very comfortable. It was bug free and very clean, which is my top priority. The beds and couch were very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked for any cooking we did. As stated, it’s very close to downtown Dahlonega. Matt was very responsive to any questions I had. Check in and check out was a breeze. Thank you Matt for sharing your home.

It was a perfect home base for our family! Spotless, great for our little dog with a fenced yard, private, quiet, and central location for hiking, exploring, and food. We hope to stay again when we’re back in the area.

Beautiful ride to get to Lauren and Matt’s Airbnb It’s very peaceful and also had a few deer roaming about The cabin is exactly as shown on pictures Very clean and well stocked So far this cabin is the best Airbnb I’ve stayed at. I was traveling with my friend who needed a wheelchair accessible place and this cabin was perfect for that. There will always be a few things that will present challenges for my friend however because I traveled with I can help in those situations. This cabin is adorable. The location was great, peaceful and quiet. The hosts are excellent. They were both very responsive to any inquires and helped answer any questions gave great recommendations. The cabin was very exactly how described and helped insure a great vacation for my mother with mobility issues. Thank you so much for a great vacation. I highly recommend this cabin and its hosts.

Everything about this Airbnb was thoughtfully designed with guests in mind- from the layout and furniture to all the little touches that make a big difference. It’s clear that a lot care went into creating this space. When we arrived, we were welcomed by a personalized chalkboard greeting with recommendations for local shops and activities- a lovely and helpful touch. The back porch was a highlight - perfect for enjoying meals surrounded by the forest. We took a suggested hike to Woody Gap and spent time exploring Dahlonega. We absolutely loved our magical weekend getaway and highly recommend this Airbnb!

My husband and I booked Matt’s place for a quick post wedding stay before heading out on our honeymoon and it was PERFECTION! The house was beautifully decorated and extremely clean.
